I was just mining my own business trying to hook up a new pickaxe when the red flash kept happening on screen.
Oh, No! That's the damage thing. So much time had passed since I played Minecraft that I had forgotten. I had played Minecraft pretty regularly on hardcore mode back in the day. Then I switched to crazy resdstone creations in creative. After a few years my urge to play faded. Minecraft was no longer a part of my life.
Wait! Minecraft is Oculus compatible? Nice! I tried it a bit and you can see a clip on this very website. Minecraft was still no longer compelling after a ferw minutes of novelty had worn off.
Now, Minecraft has Touch support. This seems like a silly novelty even in game. As I played it, I forgot I had lsot my love for the "game". I just kept forging on. The session was actually pretty fun! If you like watching Minecraft online, I'd recommend watching the full Mincraft part of this nights stream. That video is available below. I didn't clip the other games from this night becuase I messed up the game sound and it was just my voice. I had the chat text show so you could see them, just not hear the opponents, so I put the full hour of Minecraft up.
Here is a link to the full stream if you're interested in seeing me survive the night and make a shelter and all the normal stuff, but in VR. o0

I enjoy making content for the internet from podcasts to game play footage to commentaries. More recently, I've switched focus to streaming more VR content via my Oculus Rift.
